QUESTION: How many days will it take to receive my order?
ANSWER: Orders are shipped UPS ground within 24 hours and most will require 2-5 business days to arrive, up to 8 days for UPS zones 7 & 8.
QUESTION: How many boxes will I get and will they arrive on the same day?
ANSWER: Most orders will ship in 1 to 3 boxes. All boxes may not arrive on the same day, but should arrive within 1-2 days of each other.
QUESTION: What about BackOrders?
ANSWER: Less than 1% of our orders will contain any backorders. However, if your order contains a backorder item, your credit card will not be charged for that item until it is shipped.
